By downloading, installing, or using PL8GM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PL8GM is a license plate puzzle game. Players decode license plates to reveal hidden words and phrases. The Service includes gameplay, in-app purchases, collectible puzzle ownership, and optional wallet-based features.
You must create an account to play. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each new account automatically receives a free puzzle collectible (PL8 NFT entitlement) that begins in an unclaimed state.
PL8GM offers in-app purchases including clue packs, solve credits, and puzzle creation. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, Apple App Store, or Stripe (web). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy.
If you create and submit a puzzle, you grant PL8GM a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that puzzle within the Service. You represent that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
Wallet connection is entirely optional. You can play and enjoy the full game without connecting a wallet or using any cryptocurrency. If you choose to connect a Solana wallet and claim your collectible on-chain, you are responsible for any blockchain transactions and associated fees.
You agree not to: (a) cheat or use automated systems to solve puzzles, (b) abuse, harass, or harm other players, (c) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, (d) submit offensive or inappropriate puzzle content, or (e) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
All software, artwork, puzzles (system-generated), and branding are the property of PL8GM. Player-created puzzles remain attributed to the creator, but PL8GM retains the right to display them within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PL8GM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting your account will remove your profile data. On-chain NFTs that have been claimed cannot be reversed by account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
