When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. You may also sign in via third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple), in which case we receive basic profile information from that provider.

1.2 User-Generated Content

PL8GM allows users to interact with license plate word puzzles. Any puzzle solutions, answers, scores, and gameplay activity you generate may be stored and associated with your account.

1.3 Wallet Information

If you choose to connect a Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom Wallet), we collect and store your public wallet address only. We do never collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials.

1.4 NFT Ownership Data

We track NFT ownership records associated with puzzle collectibles within PL8GM. This includes NFT mint addresses, associated wallet addresses, ownership status, and transaction signatures. This data reflects on-chain state and is used to determine in-game benefits and revenue sharing.

1.5 Blockchain Transactions

Purchases, minting events, and SOL distributions initiated through the Service result in blockchain transactions that are permanently recorded on the public Solana ledger. We record transaction signatures for auditing and customer support purposes.

1.6 Device Information

We automatically collect certain device and usage information, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and the version of the app you are using.

1.7 Analytics Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, time spent in the app, puzzle completion rates, and in-app purchase behavior. This helps us improve the Service.

1.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and gather analytics. You may control cookie settings through your browser or device settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Note that blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction signatures, NFT records) cannot be deleted from the public Solana ledger.

To delete your account within the app, navigate to Account → Delete Account.

In compliance with Google Play policies:

• We disclose all data collected and how it is used in this Privacy Policy
• We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service
• Users can request account and data deletion via the in-app option or by emailing support
• We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising without consent
• Financial transactions (clue purchases, NFT purchases) use secure, compliant payment processors

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification.
