Delete Your Account

PL8GM is a license plate puzzle game available on mobile and web. We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your PL8GM account and associated data, what gets deleted, and what may be retained as required by law.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

Open the PL8GM app, go to your Account page, tap "Delete Account", and confirm. Your deletion request will be processed immediately and your account will be logged out.

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to support@pl8gm.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your PL8GM account. Please include your display name or user ID if available. Account deletion requests submitted by email are typically processed within 48 hours.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (display name, email association, avatar)
• Your gameplay progress, scores, and puzzle history
• Your clue credits, solve credits, and in-app balances
• Your Solana wallet association (if linked)
• Your NFT ownership records within the PL8GM system
• Your user-generated puzzle submissions (pending or published)
• Your authentication credentials and session tokens

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where required by law, for financial record-keeping, or for fraud prevention:

• Purchase & transaction records: Records of in-app purchases, payment receipts, and transaction IDs may be retained for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes, as required by applicable financial regulations. This data is retained in an anonymized or minimal form and is no longer linked to your active identity.
• On-chain NFT data: If you have claimed a PL8 NFT on the Solana blockchain, that on-chain data is immutable and cannot be deleted by PL8GM. Blockchain transaction history is publicly recorded and permanently accessible on the Solana network. Account deletion will unlink the NFT from your PL8GM profile, but the NFT itself remains on-chain in your connected wallet.
• Legal obligations: Data retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service may be kept for the duration required by applicable law.

Timeline

In-app deletion requests take effect immediately. Email-based requests are processed within 48 hours of verification. Retained data is held only for as long as legally required and then permanently deleted.

Canceling a Deletion Request

If you submitted a deletion request by email and change your mind before it is processed, contact support@pl8gm.com as soon as possible. Once deletion is completed, it cannot be reversed — you will need to create a new account to use PL8GM again.
